problem notification

I have a problem when payment finish the notification file does not run

error 403

Hello,
I did a test integration of the freepay payment solution on my site http://dev.flashweb.fr/houcine/freepay, I passed in the header of the request my key API via the method but always It returns an error 403, "message":"Merchant-Auth : Unauthorised".
